Tonoverse is built so that your inner life stays yours. The app has no accounts, no ads, and no third-party analytics or tracking. Tactevo does not operate servers that hold your personal data. The one thing we count is anonymous journey popularity, explained below.
No account. Tonoverse never asks you to register or sign in, so we collect no name, email address, or profile.
Purchases. Subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store and processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment details. Your entitlement is checked on your device with Apple's StoreKit; Apple's handling of purchase data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.
Your listening. Tonoverse keeps a log of the journeys you visit so it can show you your own attunement history. That log lives on your device. If it syncs between your devices, it does so through your private iCloud database, which only you can access — Tactevo cannot read it. Deleting the app and its iCloud data removes it.
Journey popularity. To learn which journeys to make more of, Tonoverse may count that a journey was played. The count is a bare tally — the journey's name and nothing else. It carries no account, no device identifier, and no record of who you are or what else you played, so what reaches Tactevo is only an aggregate: how often each journey is entered, across everyone, never by anyone.
Motion. With your permission, Tonoverse uses device and headphone motion so the world responds as you move. Motion data is processed live on your device and is never stored or transmitted.
Journey downloads. Additional journeys are delivered through Apple's iCloud (CloudKit) service. Apple handles those requests as it does for any iCloud-backed app; we do not use them to identify or profile you.
tonoverse.com uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies and reports anonymized usage statistics to Google — see the Google Privacy Policy. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs and collects aggregate, cookie-free visit analytics — see the Vercel Privacy Policy. We use these only to understand how the site is doing.
Tonoverse is not directed at children, and because the app collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, children included.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear at this address with a new effective date. Since the app holds your data on your device and in your own iCloud, a policy change can never reach backward into data we do not have.
